In Store Exchange & Return Information

We want you to love what you buy, so if for some reason you want to return or exchange your purchase please feel free within 10 days of purchase for in store credit or exchange.

The item(s) must not be worn, altered or washed and must have its original tags attached and/or packaging present. 

Sale items are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Due to health and safety concerns some of our products cannot be returned. These items include but are not limited to the following:

Swimwear, Shapewear, intimate apparel, nursing pillows & accessories, skin care, hair products, teas, breastpumps and accessories, sealed products where the seal has been broken, or any product with the tags removed.

Nursing Bra Policy: We cannot accept returns on bras that have milk stains on them. Please be sure you are trying on bras with nursing pads.

Our Online Shopping Policy

All prices and transactions are in Canadian dollars (CAD) 5% GST will be added to all transactions. All shipments are sent from our warehouse in Calgary, Alberta. Canada. 

Canadian orders over $75 before taxes will be shipped for free

Canadian order under $75 before taxes will be charged a flat shipping fee of $10. 

All orders are shipped with $100 insurance, without a signature via Expedited Canada Post. 

All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. Below are the approximate shipping time frames: 

 

Local (within Calgary) - 1 business day, Regional (Western Canada) - 1 up to 3 business days, National - 2 up to 7 business days.

 

Posh Mommy does not accept liability for the products we carry nor do we accept liability for the delay or loss of goods during shipping to our customers. Our shipping terms are subject to change at anytime.

 

Our Online Return & Exchange Policy

 

All returned orders will be charged a flat $10 re-stocking fee. 

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us.

Your refund or exchange will be processed within 2-4 business days, once we have received your shipment. Exchanged items will not be sent out until the original item(s) have been received back to us.

If you are exchanging an item you will be charged a flat shipping fee of $10 to send any exchanged item(s) back to you!
